The server is now online, 24/7. You can connect to the server with this IP: osgjailbreak.no-ip.org

The server currently does not host any skins, but I'm working on that. If you want to download the maps and install them manually (faster) download them here: http://osgjailbreak.x10.mx/cstrike/maps/
