Welcome to the NetStorm: Islands at War

Know that in a time before memory the floating Islands of Nimbus were one: one sphere of land, one tribe of people, and that our hearts were free of hatred, as they can never be again. The Furies whose brotherhood was balanced and strong collapsed into ferocious jealousies and rage. Thunder who is powerful and proud craved the agility and speed of his brother Wind who longed in turn for the rejuvenating powers of Rain. And the envy spiralled. And the Storm under the land rumbled and grew. It was this battle, which rages still, that tattered our land, tore it into bits, and hurled the pieces into the sky: Nimbus as we know it now.

A mercilles storm rages in the world of Nimbus, a celestial universe of warring island tribes ruled by the furies: Rain, Wind and Thunder. One island is yours to command. One Fury is yours to honour. Bridge the heavens to enemy islands and annihilate the opposition. Capture and sacrifice their High Priests to gain Knowledge from your patron Fury.
Harness the power of the elements... and rule the skies of Nimbus.

The Storming - March 31st - Netstorm Multiplayer Battles @ Fleet's Server

𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙮 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙉𝙞𝙢𝙗𝙪𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙮 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜.

On the last Sunday of every month, the skies will be filled with the deafening roar of Thunder Cannons, the shattering of Ice Cannon shards and the crash of Crossbow bolts hitting their mark. Join us and witness the sheer destruction.

Our two dedicated hosts (HostBot & DwinBot) will continue to host games, so no need to worry about firewalls! They'll also upload battle stats that include units built, units destroyed and all storm power collected.

During the events, we'll gather on Fleet's server (default option) to play as many games as possible. They're all-day events, so feel free to join when it suits you.

We have some more updates for the newest Netstorm 10.82!

Ranked Mode (1v1) for HostBot

HostBot can now support ranked/ladder matches.
Enable this with the rankedon or toggleranked commands.
Disable using rankedoff or toggleranked.
To be declared the winner of the battle, the opponent's temple must be salvaged or destroyed.
You can also win by sacrificing the enemy priest.
These events will now be posted to Discord when they occur in battle.
You can safely draw/ally once the enemy temple is destroyed/salvaged to end the game.

Changes

Adjusted starting geyser formula which was incorrect due to an error.
Large maps will have 4 additional starting geysers in 1v1 (+20% from previously)
This is the middle ground, as a full fix would be too large a change.
Battles now start with fewer geysers (Reduced by 16.6%)
Additional geysers now spawn in pairs during first few minutes of battle
Improved player colors for selection boxes and drag select.
Increased maximum chat length from 80 to 128.
Observers now have an observer icon in player list.
Removed alpha spell rework changes.
Reduced the requirements for most Titles.
A few will remain difficult to unlock.

Multiplayer Titles / Achievements!

Unlock new titles in multiplayer battle to display below your name in the zones.
Titles can be changed in the Multiplayer Fort menu, the same place you change your name.
The "Veteran" title is unlocked for everyone by default.

Acid Barricade - Reworked and improved

Active cids now destroy any air units adjacent to them before taking any damage.
Cids can now permanently destroy Ice Towers on floating islands.

New Map Mode - 1v1 Duel

Replaces the Tiny map mode
Moves blue and red closer together
For intense battles and a bit of fun

Fixed

Crash caused by Ice Cannons attacking units adjacent to a Workshop or Temple.
Ice Tower islands not destroyed properly in the editor.
Scrolling is extremely jittery and snaps back.
Auto-rotate bridges enabled by default and indicator says it's disabled.
Arc Spires and Acid Barricades have 1 shorter range than intended
