RAFFLE RULES---------------------------------
This is the thing. You can raffle items on this group. BUT there are some rules about raffling:

1: Ask an Admin to hold all of the entries, or it's a no go.
2: All raffle entries must be cheap-ish.
3: You may only hold a raffle if you are an Admin or a Mod. No exceptions.
4: If you fail to give out the prize, you will fail to stay in this group.
5: Finally, a raffler may give out entries for item overpays.
