New Surf Server IP: 192.95.16.228:27015

We've had a change in IP address in response to server troubles, but everything is back up and running smoothly!

Also, while the numbers on our surf server IP address may change over time, brisk.llf.to will always work as a substitute. (So you can use that instead).
