A barrel organization that believes its duty is to battle for worldwide freedom and a world without superpowers. The barrel's network is a complex labyrinth of barrel cells spread throughout the globe. The majority of its operations are conducted under night fall in order to avoid detection. The Global Barrel Army members feel as though they are being kicked out of lands that are rightfully theirs.
