There's still an issue on Valve's end with some items missing from the schema, so you'll see a lot of "Unknown Item" and question marks in your inventory, but... better than nothing? Once Valve fixes it from their end, it should work without any further update required from me.

You can now SHIFT-click up to 50 items at once. Select an item, and then SHIFT-click another item and it'll select all items in between them. It works similarly to doing it with files on your desktop. If you CTRL-click another item, it'll become the next starting point for the SHIFT-select.

Also fixed a small crash on exit.

P.S. if you start dragging right after you SHIFT-click something, it'll immediately start dragging all of your current selections. Otherwise, you can just CTRL-click as normal.

I removed the dependency on installing the VC redist, but there's a chance I broke that so if someone can let me know that it works fine for them that would be great, thanks!

Released a tiny potentially-final update to version 1.0 since I'm unlikely to touch the item manager ever again, so I just made a small change where it'll work even if my website goes down (which it was previously doing a lot of) and requires fewer files now.
