Yes indeed, since I've been drinking Iced Tea, no matter what brand, I feel more sure about the things I do. It helps me in my day to day life.

sometimes i drink brisk, but i've moved on to arnold palmer iced tea and lemonade, and it's definately helped me gain my confidence!
