Dear People,

Today is great day, we now have rules. Why? Because all the cool groups have them. Before this great day, we were nothing but a tribe of barbarians running around and pillaging everyone. Aaaahhhhh, those were the days, but now that we have rules, and now we are now a great people with technology and stuff. However, we are a democratic group, so, anyone who has an idea for a rule, please tell me and I will either veto or pass it. If you feel a rule is unfair and needs to be changed or removed all-together, please notify me and i will look it over. If I am not available, please notify one of our fine officers, and then they will notify me A.S.A.P.
