This is a group dedicated to the /his/ (history & humanities) board of 4chan.

This group is for the discussion of history and the other humanities such as philosophy, religion, law, classical artwork, archeology, anthropology, ancient languages, etc. Please use /pol/ for the discussion of politics.

Rules

1 - Avoid Shitposting. The occassional shitpost is fine, but we prefer to keep civilized discussion as the norm.
2 - Illegal Activities are Illegal. - No illegal activities shall be tolerated.
3 - Keep /pol/ in /pol/. I am an avid user of /pol/, but this is /his/. If you are unsure of what constitutes history, we shall be using a 25 year rule: If it occured less than 25 years ago, it is should not be discussed here.
4 - SFW Links only. /his/ is a SFW board, and so is this group.
5 - No spamming This includes walls of text and 'ASCII art'. First offense will result in a kick, second offense is a ban.
6 - Advertising other groups is not allowed. You know what the definition of advertising is. You can link to other groups as long as you're not breaking other rules.
7 - This is primarily an english speaking group. It's a commonly spoken language and by sticking to english, we can keep a coherent and active chat. Please keep that in mind.

NEW Virus Warning.
If someone sends you a link claiming it's something like a "steam promotion" which would get you gift cards or something, its fake. If you accidently clicked on link you will get malware on your PC. Scan your PC as soon as possible and do not try to log in anywhere until you are sure you got it removed.
