I'll never forget the day I bought a Genesis back in 92. The first game I bought for it was Thunderforce 3. I loved shmups before, but I was captivated by that landmark game. Since then, I have sought out 2D shmups both vertical and horizontal for my collection. Steam is an excellent platform for this timeless genre.
