GarryWare varsion 1.19 now includes a renewed Scoreboard system. Next stroke of updates will be about the Awards system (Best combo, Won most IQ games, etc.).

I've committed a new map along with materials and code stuff. Please update your GarryWare to v1.15 and also remove the old map from your server base!

Still a lot of players are going on servers hosting the map wa_edge, or even wa_prisma_b1. Any server playing those maps are obselete for already EIGHT MONTHS.

However, if you're playing on wa_prisma_b2, there is only one way to know if you're playing up-to-date :
- After you join the server, wait 20 seconds. If a message appears in the chat saying "Playing GarryWare version n.xyz. ...Most recent version is i.uvw ..." so that you know if the server is up to date.
- If NO message is appearing, then the server is FIVE MONTHS obselete.

GarryWare didn't earn a rank in the Fretta Contest, but I need to say thanks everyone who gave their support! Congratulations to the winners!

There's been the Fretta Contest going on. GarryWare was reviewed there :

I'm seeing a lot of servers hosting out-of-date versions of GarryWare. First, there's the servers hosting wa_edge. I mean, what, if the servers you play on are running wa_edge, they are 4 months late. That means, you're playing on a server stripped out of about 15 minigames, gameplay changes, bug fixes, new features, optimisations and stuff! I mean, really!

If you're playing on wa_prisma_b2, that means your server is at least 4 months updated... But that's not enough to tell you if it's up-to-date.


Then there are the servers hosting wa_prisma_b2, but which don't update the gamemode. There are two ways to find out if you're playing on a recent GarryWare version.

First, if you open the scoreboard, and the gamemode logo at the top says "garryWare Two", then it's NOT up to date. The most recent logo is "garryWare", without the "Two" label because I removed it.

Then, if your server HAS this logo, then when you'll be joining the server, you can spot 10 seconds after joining in the chat, a chunk of text saying "Playing GarryWare version v1.<someting>."

This chunk of text also tells you if it's the most recent version, if it's the case, it will say "Sounds like it's up to date!".

Else, it will say either "This server is missing some bug fixes!", or "This server is missing some features!" features meaning either minigames or new additions into the gameplay, or "This server is completely out-of-date!" that means the server is missing CRITICAL updates.



Apart from that, I have changed a lot of things. For example, you will face a new sort of minigames, which is what players call "combined minigames" or "mixed minigames". I call them multilayers. Those minigames are special minigames that will ask you to do two or more successive actions, in which the late actions will depend on the first.

For example, the minigame "Get in a pod!" doesn't exist anymore. It has been replaced with a multilayer with those orders : "Don't stop sprinting!" then "Now get in a pod!". Only those who kept sprinting can rush in the pods.

There is also a cat-and-mouse game, and other traditional minigames...


There is also the addition of comedy ragdolls. Some minigames have a comedic effect under certain conditions, with players turning into ragdolls.


That's it! By the way, if you're playing on out-of-date servers, tell the admins to update them.
