Q: How long will it take to receive my digital order?
A: 24-48hrs. usually less then 5 hours

Q: can i get replacements ?
A: yes, if it says "lifetime" that means i will replace you for up to 1 year. ( you must send ORDER ID & INVALID ACCOUNT DETAILS)

Q: How will I receive my digital order?
A: I send everything via private message.

SHIPPING (physical items):

for physical items the time frame can be 2-8 days but i always try to send things out with the fastest shipping method. tracking for all order but i will only give this out to mods in case of a dispute.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE PASSWORDS OR LOG IN INFO, DOING SO WILL VOID WARRANTY AND YOU WILL BE PERMA BLACK LISTED FROM MY SHOP.


REPLACEMENTS: send order ID and invalid account so i can verify you as one of my customers. i will not replace accounts for those who give less then 5 stars there is nothing that cannot be solved by speaking to me.


NOTE: I will always replace expired accounts if it says [lifetime]. some accounts have the option to add warranty for a few extra dollars.
