EGO is an a-team select group of people who are chosen not for their 1337 skills, but because they are awesome people in general.

There are two main ranks. Officer and member. Officer's are equal leaders in game and are able to modify most everything on the gaming group.

This is a private group, and our rigorous member selection process will, in most cases, assure a friendly and fun gaming environment for all.

RULES:
All important actions in game must be decided as a group between the then active players who hold the gaming group rank OFFICER at the time of a decision being made.

All officers in the gaming group are considered equals. there is no one leader for the gaming group.

Any officer may "start" or form a tribe or guild in game but is expected to respect the following rule.

When an important decision is to be made, a vote is held. The tribe/clan/guild owner or who ever is calling the vote must consult all other officers who are active players.
If it is a decision that must be quickly made then only online officers may be consulted. If it is not a very time sensitive decision then you must wait for offline active members to log on. (active members are people who have played at least once in the last 4 days)


TLDR: our in-game government system is always a counsil/elder leadership type that decide on important actions by voting. There is no one main leader.

The only exception to this rule is when there is a situation that calls for one person to make decisions quickly for the rest of the group.
