HOW TO PLAY

You will need the following
1. Emulator and the 5501 bios

2. CTR U ISO, use the one on emuparadise.
3. Any controller

Extract the emulator to wherever you like and boot it up. Extract the bin and cue file of the game to the roms folder. Click the folder icon at the top of the program and select the roms folder. Then right click the game and configure it like so.

Sound Buffer 70 (increase if you get static)

Playstation:
Multitap on slot 1
Set both ports to dualshock.

Save and boot up the game.
Familiarize yourself with the hotkeys by pressing F1. Make sure your controller is plugged in then press F3 and spin the joysticks. Now press alt+shift+1 to configure your binds. If you do not have a controller with joysticks set it to digital gamepad by pressing ctrl+shift+1 several times. You will need to set player 2, 3, and 4 to dualshock as well by using ctrl+shift+#

Remember if you are hosting you will need to change these numbers if one of the players is not using dualshock. If for example player 3 uses a gamepad you will need to change his slot to gamepad. Once that is done tell the other players to do the same so it looks like this
P1 Dualshock
P2 Dualshock
P3 Gamepad
P4 Dualshock

To connect to a server
1. Press T
2. Type /nick yourname
3. Type /connect fobby.net
If you are hosting you should now go to the mode you want then tell other players to connect. If you are a client it should lag a bit then sync up. You can check your ping at any time with the /ping command or chat just by pressing T and typing.
4. When you are done type /drop [your slot #] and /quit

Spectating
You can spectate games in progress! Just join the server and you will see everyone elses screen. You can also take a slot if a player leaves by using /take #
If you want to drop your controller you can also use the /drop # command
For example /take 3 to take player 3's controller or /drop 3 to drop player 3's controller

To see everyone's slot # you can type /list

Starting a Server [incomplete]
1. Go to the netplay tab under settings and click netplay my ip
2. Click generate standard config
3. Exit back to the main window and click start a server at the top
4. Tell other players to connect to your IP
