I can understand the main mod being to big for the workshop, but why are the submods for the faces also off the workshop?

Hi all, I followed the directions to extract the zip file into Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/mod but when i run CK2 on steam and check Mods, it doesnt show up. Anyone know why this is the case?

I've noticed a problem with the mod not recognizing the games rules for unlimited Demense/Vassals. It cuts my taxes/troops down to crap and makes people hate me. Anyone else notice this as well?
