Another web site update (v1.1)

I rolled out a patch yesterday which contains a couple small post-launch adjustments including:

Better more accurate scrolling and reflection in the navigation bar
Profile/position updates: The Aussies now have profiles, dawniii is added as admin and tweaks here and there
Added a collapsible News & Announcements section
Evolved the next level of the social TS feature
Some tiny optimizations (I'm saving those for later)
