Meeting Place

Basically this is where we vote on medals so that we're giving the Clan a united front on them.

We should never, in the case of medals, make the votes of the Triumvirate public, or even give the number. People get a flat yes or no on medals.

Other votes I think we can make public unless there's an objection? I feel like those discussions (declaring war, etc) should be public, whereas appointing officers, medals, etc, should be private.
