1/ in English:

"Naval — Expert but not champion".

It analyses the not glorious behaviour of one of the best NTW sailors in "One ship" variant, [MMI] Info, during a recent naval fight given with ARMI's teammates, and that Info left before its end.

The article takes profit of this relation to draw the portrait of the champion, very good player("expert"), technically like tactically, but also quiet (wo-)man, who controls her/his emotions, and matches her/his personal interests with her/his team ones.


2/ in French, two articles in relation with siege battles:

- Charles Durand-Linois ;
- César Gudin de la Sablonnière.

Linois chose to become a full member of the ARMI ('citizen-soldier').

Gudin is the former Galeas-Sve Rex, a good, clever and reliable Swiss Land general who also stands firm at sea, and entered today.

Notre Armée Impériale (ARMI) fête aujourd'hui, en ce jour anniversaire du sacre de Napoléon Bonaparte comme Empereur des Français, sa première année d'existence.

Our ARMI celebrates today, on this birthday of Napoléon Bonaparte's coronation as Empereur des Français, his first year.

Une année, c'est peu et beaucoup à la fois : cela représente beaucoup d'efforts pour chacun des membres fondateurs et des citoyens de l'ARMI et, déjà, des souvenirs qui resteront dans nos mémoires.

One year, it is not much and much at the same time : it is the result of many efforts made by each of our founding members and our citizens. It represents, also, souvenirs which will stay in our memories.

Vous pouvez donc, citoyen-soldat ou citoyen associé, être fier de fêter avec l'Empereur, ce premier rendez-vous. Vous pourrez dire, comme nos ancêtres au pied des Pyramides : "J'y étais !".

You may therefore, citizen-soldier or associated citizen, be proud to celebrate, with the Emperot, this first rendez-vous. You will be allowed to say, like our ancestors under the Pyramides : "I was there!".
