Anime Recommendation Week 7 Mushi-shi

Mushi are the most basic life forms, they do not have a purpose but simply existing. Ginko is a mushi-shi and travels the land dealing with problems related to them.
Mushishi is a very unique anime. This anime’s selling point does not lie on plot or characters but with its atmosphere. It’s a very calm and monotone type of atmosphere that can kind of be described like a sunny winter’s day. This is an episodic show, introducing new characters in each ep who which are all characterised well within the short span of 24 min, some even better than entire anime series I have seen. This show puts you into a dream like atmosphere while exploring a vast and intriguing world of the mushi and is enjoyable either as a marathon or just a few eps a day.
