For the time being, I don't think we should. It's something we should probably keep quiet about until more people become interested. As in, we don't broadcast the meet up, but if a good sir happens to express interest in going to a con but has nobody to go with, this club link will be passed along to them.

Letting it become widely known is a recipe for disaster.

Pretty uncertain what the hell I'm doing, but I don't think posting in dead thread is best idea for finding people to meetup with. Not sure if /a/-related enough for new thread.
