Dear people of Texas.

I'm sorry to tell you that we are now at war. Imperial Germany have declared war on us for leaving their Empire of our own Accord! They declare war on us because the Texan Flag flys above Austin not a German one! I say no more shall we accept this kind of Tyranical acts from our Neighbours. We shall remove their Armys from our land and march into their land! Take the state of Lousiana and the rest of the Amercian contient.
