About Us

Formation

We went through a lot. We exist since 2010, first under the name Arrows-Clan, then under ARWS-Clan (Battlefield only allowed 4 characters in the clantag), afterwards we were known as 7. Jagdgeschwader and 2. Gebirgsjägerkompanie, before we changed once and for all to Advanced Force Operations Odin. We started off as a gaming-community without inherent games. After we specialized on Armed Assault (ArmA) we came back to being an open community, with emphasis on shooters, MOBAs and simulation based games.

Philosophy

We represent a lot of games. It doesn´t matter what you´re playing, you´re allways welcome here. We don´t judge other games, even if we sometimes joke about them. You can even rage and flame, as long as you don´t offend other members personnaly. If someone is in need of help, we will gladly resolve his/her's problem . We appreciate social behavior, prefer playing as a group rather than alone and will make sure that no one is going to be left behind!

Organization

We had a lot of organization methods. Back in the days we thought, that a strict hierarchy was important. The problem was, we didn´t think about the criteria for promotion, which lead to unfair promotins and chaos.
