Orders from Sevastapol have been issued for the 36 Ships of the black sea fleet
to begin anti piracy sweeps throughout the area. The punishment for Piracy by decree of Admiral von Krusenstern is imediate execution by a firing squad.
Tradesmen and any individuals who seek to pass through the black sea are told to only go along the Romanian. Blugarian, and Turkish Coastlines. these are the areas where the Ottoman Empire is still able to protect passage. The central black sea is currently being sweeped by Imperial Russian and Ottoman Navies for Pirates and upon the ending of this problem people will be allowed to traverse the central black sea again.


The famed hero of the Napoleonic Wars is seen to apparently still be on his best moves. Many prominant maidens of the Sevestapol Nobility have claimed their Flowers to have been taken by the man. Moscow University has been a seat of knowledge and learing for centuries. From the time of Tsar Peter the Great the Institution has achieved recognition throughout the Western World, yet now its role and importance has diminiished, nepotism and corruption have crept into this fine institution, no progress has been made in these years. Thus, the Imperial Crown has released an official Decree for the Reformation of the Moscow University Institution.

The Edicts of the Decree of Moscow University Reformation is as follows:

• The Chief Executive Body of the University is to be dissolved and a new Body should be created which shall consitute the following:

• The University will recieve funds from the Armed Forces of Russia instead of Imperial Treasury & The Ministry of Finance.

• The University will recieve б 40,000 as development funds in order to expand and modernize the Institution directly from the Imperial Treasury.

• The University is recommended to launch geniune new scholarship programmes to benefit all classes and dismantle all such programmes which currently exist.

• The Crown Commision will be created which will look into all complains and investigate such persons accused of nepotism, corruption, bribery and unfair use of one's influence to harm or favour one's academic progress. The Commision has the authority to immediately sack such personnels against which there is compelling evidence and detain them untill their trails which are to be held in the Supreme Court.

Special Note: Many of the problems mentioned are also present in other Important Universities throughout the Empire, but the reforms are only specific to the Moscow University due to its importance and as a form of trail as suggested by the Imperial Advisory Body. The Treaties of the Caspian Sea: Signed in a ship at the Caspian Sea the treaty, also commonly mentioned as the Russo-Persian treaty, is the series of agreements by the Russian Empire with the Dowlat-e Elliye ye Irān (The Sublime State of Persia). It was signed between Mohammad Shah Qajar and Aleksandr Gorchakov who was representing the Emperor of the Russian Empire.
In the agreements it was signed that Persia would not declare war or send troops to the Russian border and allow free trade into Persian territory by the russian merchants. In exchange the russian state has agreed to modernise the Persian land forces and sell new equipment to them.

This was a mostly pleasant treaty to the Russian state since it allows our nation to expand without a single concern towards Central Asia until border with Afghanistan and gives Russia the power to now trade the exotic belongings of Persian state, it also helps Persia a lot to protect itself against other countries since they will finally abandon the sword and prepare for the guns. The treaty doesn't state specifically how many officers will be sent to Persia to train the army but it was promised by Gorchakov that he would soon discuss it with the Tsar and send the necessary officers. However the not so good part would be that the military equipment that is going to be sold to the Persians shall be cheaper than what Russia spent to buy them.

Since the armed forces even had rumours of modernising their rifles it should be of no problem, but it was the price needed to pay to finally have the chance to join the world in the exotic market.

British East India Company: The british india company has sent a private army towards Persian border, the numbers giving by persian militaries vary from 800 - 2000 which remained as simple rumours and not believed since the Persians couldnt prove it to the russian diplomat. But the current Anglo-Persian relations are of tension, especially now that the Treaty of the Caspian Sea has been signed.

Admiral von Krusenstern has worked tirelessly to make such a list a reality and a presentation of it has been sent to the Tsar in Saint Petersberg

In regards to the Arctic and Asian Fleets. It was decided upon a meeting of the admirality that the numbers of Ships assigned to those areas had to be limited for the obvious lack of a large force in Both regions. which in the event there is foreign ships. they have no intrests in Russias cold empty shores. We reccomend expansion southwards to sieze the Chinese cities North East of the Korean Kingdom. As that postion would allow us to indirect trade and intrest from Bejing to a new Russian City on the Penninsula
