Maturity, Victory, Respect, and Clear Communication

The 420th SIR was founded in the early spring of 2017. Our goal was to form a community of respectful, and adult gamers who can come together to utilize the full potential of forming a highly coordinated team that could run its own logistics, fight on the front line, and have clear leadership.

The core of our leadership is based around prior service and active military personel. We are not a milsim, but we carry on some of the characteristics because of our disposition, and the efficiency at which it allows us to communicate in a game of endless warfare.

Our members are encouraged to share their opinions, ideas, and possible solutions and will be given leadership roles as the assets we accumulate as a growing organization continues.

We have a teamspeak, and have the channels set in a way that allows us to be mature when needed and immature when it is not needed. Please utilize these channels as the intention of the 420th SIR is to have fun, and enjoy the game.
