I should also add that that server is a 24 player server, which means there are gunfights at every turn. An alternative would be nice.

Indeed, dragonharp2047 and I have been searching.
We've found a server that seems to be 24/7 and has decent lag,
but instead of spanish speakers there are french speakers meaning the server might be hosted in Montreal instead of New York.
dragon says the ping was good for him though, and he lives in the USA, meaning it should be fine.

The only issue is that the server seems to have a rather high population as it is, and so waiting in queue might become an issue. If you guys have found any other servers feel free to suggest them.
