First I'd like to say I am well qualified for this position because I was a mediator in school as well as a supervisor where i work. This position will be in charge of (discipline obviously) but also I will be in charge of other people arguing and then deciding what to do or if anyone needs to just discuss something to another player with a moderater. Ray will be told about any outcomes and serious permanant outcomes will be decided with Ray. I do understand how to talk to people and discipline people as well as I am good at calming other people down and reading people. If there is a problem you should not fight with any player or any officer if you need then just leave and clam down then message me we will discuss it whether in type or talking in my office the conversation will be recorded any times that other people are mentioned both sides of the story will be recorded I will not be biased and we will try to come to a conclusion without any reprecussions if at all possible.
