I’m 10 years old, just starting middle school, and want to create a SaaS startup. I’m not sure what it will be (suggestions welcome!), but I’m really into fortnight so probably something related to that.

Here’s my other problem — I need about $1 billion to get things off the ground. Does anyone know how to get about getting funding? I can’t even start thinking about working on the company until I have at least $100 million secured. I also don’t want to give up more than 1% equity to my investors.

One last thing, where do I find a technical co-founder that doesn’t want to be paid, will take zero equity, and will build all of my (admittedly vague) ideas? They’ll need to work about 100 hours per week.
