Here is the list of commands for the Administrators:

all of the commands that moderators can do of course

make chatroom private
invite guests to a chatroom even its private
delete comments

ok so I'm going to make the list of commands for each rank.

Moderator:

can create and edit group events and announcements
invite new members
kick members
kick members from a chatroom and u can delete comments

I will make the command list for admin later.
