Hallo!

As Minister of Justice for our great nation it is my pleasure to release to you the current Court System that our beloved Germany will be using, I of course have past this by our glorious Kaiser who has given his blessing to this format for Justice.

The new Court System that has been developed contains 5 separate Courts and is as follows

- The Local Courts -

At the lowest level are The Local Courts, which hear cases involving minor criminal offences or small civil suits. These courts also carry out routine legal functions, such as keeping the company register. Most cases in the local courts are decided by a single Judge. However, in criminal cases in which the sentence is expected to exceed two years, the professional Judge is assisted by two part-time Judges with equal rights as the professional Judge

- The Regional Courts -

Above The Local Courts are The Regional Courts. These Courts have two sections, one for major civil cases and the other for criminal cases. The Regional Courts have three Judges for complicated cases, but most cases are heard by one Judge. The Regional Courts are Courts of appeal for decisions from The Local Courts (for cases originating in The Local Courts, this is the level of final appeal) and are the first Courts most major civil and criminal cases would be heard in.

- The High Court -

At the next level is The High Court. These look at points of law raised in appeals from the lower Courts. The High Court is the first court that cases of treason and anti-constitutional activity can come to be heard. Most cases are resolved at The High Court, with only the most challanging and severe cases progressing further.

- The Crown Court -

This Court is the second highest Court in the land. It is the Court of appeals for all cases from the Regional and High Courts. No cases come straight to The Crown Court, with those that do advance to this level being major criminal charges or civil cases

- The Supreme Court -

The highest Court in the land is The Supreme Court, dealing with the most severe of both civil and criminal cases, such as treason, corruption, fraud and murder. The decisions of The Supreme Court are not subject to further review by any other Court. Its proceedings are led by the Supreme Judge who passes down sentences he or she find appropriate based on whether the accused is guilty or not.

But now to the groupe. We are growing. But nobody has mass invite. Or are you taking positisons. Or are none of you active. Well i dont know what i can say really. Becuse i can t like demand that you all are active lol.

So i now ask your all to please take a positison. Invite your friends. And be active. ( if you have a positison, but are not active at all you will be fierd from your job)

I want everybody to at least invite all your friends. Becuse i hope we can have 200 mebers in the end of April.
