For those who do not know me, I am Charles, international diplomat and former king of Spain. As we all know, diplomacy is a key to greatness in everything, and this is what I offer you: The International Foreign Diplomatic Service.

The service helps out in tiers and to develop entire groups. To hire the IFDS, you need to pay for one service at the time, (prizes depends on the country's wealth and size, from 1000-5000 of the country's currency) or you can build an embassy/office in a town in your Empire for permanent service. An embassy/office costs 10,000-15,000 of the lands currency.
