The creator of the Overpowered concept and group, and is first in command. As owner he has privaledges to manage any and all staff and group members.

Created the group alongside the owner, and is second in command. Manages all aspects of people and its respective groups, as well as administration and group members below him. Has privaledges to every aspect of people profiles and can take action in any form necessary, unless said otherwise by the owner.

Keeps the rest of the people staff in-check and does major directing of group members and various other aspects of the group. Currently third in command in the administrative rankings, and has generous yet restricted privaledges to all aspects of people profiles. Necessary actions may be taken by this administrator with approval of either the owner or co-owner. Has been given the task of sifting through incoming members and seeing if their profile is up to par with people profiles standards and regulations.
