Consuls: Consuls are the 2nd in command of The Government & senate. They manage the Empire when the Emperor does not.

Senators: Senators can Initiate Laws & Vote on new proposals & Ideas.

Tribunes: Tribunes have the power to vote for the people & can't be touched by anyone.

Preators have power to initiate laws which will be voted on by the Senate.

If stalemate Consuls will be granted one vote each. Emperor may also break the tie.
