This run is an open pre-order period that will be available until April 7th 2024; with an expected ship date of January 2025. They're offering a Standard Edition as well as a Collector's Edition. Limited Run Games will be reprinting Shantae and the Pirates Curse as their final 3DS Physical release. This release features different artwork from the former physical run on the 3DS. The standard edition goes for $35 (Cartridge + Case) and the Collectors goes for $65.

WayForward has showcased the reveal trailer for Shantae Advance: Risky Revolution at Indie World 2023. The game is now confirmed for Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, and most importantly Steam! It includes new features such as a 4-Player Battle Mode and Re-arrangable Stages. At LRG3, Wayforward showcased a previously developed Shantae Game: Shantae Advance - Risky Revolution. This was planned for release 20 years ago as the sequel to the first Shantae game. But sadly, it never made it into production due to low demand. Now, after all these years, it'll finally be released to the public thanks to Limited Run Games! It'll be available on it's intended medium, the Gameboy Advance, in 2024. Pre-Orders will open in September 2023. (See edit below)* As of right now, there is no word of a Modern Platform release. If they confirm it, we'll update this post and create a new news post to notify you all. Hopefully we get confirmation of a Steam version closer to the release date!

Earlier this year, they announced that a Shantae Nendoroid was going to be releasing and tonight (11/17/22) it was revealed that it is estimated to release in July 2023* for the US and May 2023* for International buyers. It is up for pre-order for the next 2 months. See below for more details. :D
