Sorry for the unexpected downtime, hit a hitch when installing MuleShield

Connection info has been updated and a few minor changes to the server have been made.

Lights and Generators will now only take a single hit to break, since they should be fragile and were being spammed where they spawned

I can't currently do anything about Metal Shields and Sandbags, since they shouldn't really have anything done to their HP just because they're being spammed [they are intended as barricades, after all]

/maxskills now only gives staff enough xp to max sneak, so we are only getting the skill we need for administrative control, not maxed everything.

Starting work on the next server, which will have kits for every which item loadout. Join the group chat to help me decide how I want to organize them.
