de_train meetup @ GLG (November 23rd)

On November 23rd a few of us are going to Great Lakes Gaming to play some de_train, here are the details:

RoCLAN (the other one) BYOC LAN

This event is more so a BYOC LAN Party event which from what I can tell has no specific tournaments or anything of the sort, but is a general place to play classic LAN games. I'm trying to go to get a crew to play TF2 and UT2K4.
To reiterate and provide more information, there's another "RocLAN" group that is not affiliated with this group. For a while before the slight revival due to CS2 last year we gave this person access to this group to post about their events, so I figured I'd signal boost this on their behalf.

New announcement dropped, if you all want to hang out at the GLG lounge the weekend after next, feel free to stop on by!
de_train is an important map in the history of Rochester Counter-Strike, so it felt odd to not do something to commemorate its addition back into the map pool.

Hey all,
I have been neglecting this Steam group again despite us having events. Anyone from the old guard still lurking here and itching to play on LAN? We have a discord server now as well as a venue to play. Next event is on July 22nd.

Hey all,
Not sure who is subscribed to these comments or threads. I am looking to revive this group as we have a LAN center again. Gonna be checking it out in the coming weeks and putting something up. I do not have any information in the way of payouts/rewards/teams/etc that we can have; from what I have collected so far I don't even know if I can get enough for a proper 5v5. Regardless, I want you all to know that as a CS enthusiast I want to bring back the local aspect of this game to people that may not have experienced the first time around.
