It is very important that every ROBLOX user (and their parent, if user is under 18) review the following rules so that they can know what is or is not allowed on ROBLOX. By using this site, every user and their parents agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Roblox reserves the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
1. Billing

All sales of Roblox products and services are final, including virtual items and currency. No refunds will be given. If you believe an unauthorized charge was made under your account, you must notify us immediately so that we may take appropriate action.

By signing up for a membership, you agree your membership will automatically renew and unless you cancel your subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term. We will notify you by email prior to each renewal of your membership with a duration of more than 1 month. The period of the renewal and the cost of the renewal will be the same as your current membership period unless otherwise disclosed to you at the time of sale. You can cancel your recurring membership any time before the renewal date. To cancel your membership, please click the ‘Cancel Membership Renewal' button on the Billing tab of your account page and confirm the cancellation. Memberships and purchases are non-refundable. However, if there is a special situation regarding your billing, please contact us via email at info@roblox.com.

Permission from the primary account holder for billing must be gained prior to making purchases at Roblox.com. If permission has not been granted, Roblox reserves the right to cancel subscription accounts linked to unapproved purchases. If your account or subscription is terminated by either party, no refund will be granted; no online time or other credits will be credited to you; and you will have no further access to your account.

Game Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for cash refund, exchanged, or redeemed for anything other than the ROBLOX product(s) listed on the Card.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against ROBLOX related to payments unless you submit the claim to us within 45 days after the charge. If you have questions please contact us at info@roblox.com. Any potential refunds will be issued in U.S. Dollars.
2. Property & Use of ROBLOX Brand

ROBLOX accounts, activities, items, games and models are for you to play with while on the ROBOX site and in the ROBLOX game. Except as permitted by the functionality of this site, you must not sell them (for Real Money or ROBLOX Currency), give them to anyone, trade them for anything (including ROBLOX Currency), or pretend you made them.
