And Captain Kulu, was as happy as a Deviljho eating a Great Jagras to respond to the threat!

Special forces members were hand-selected from S-rank hunters residing in Astara for their bravery, willingness to use a hammer or really big sword, skills in gunnery and agility, as well as a charming demeanor.

Today, the Palico Police Department stands ready to prevent aggressive monster incursions, and is equipped to deploy rapidly in case of highly aggressive Nergigante or Kulve Taroth's which decide to destroy the local ecosystem.

The Palico Police has several highly advanced units which are deployed to answer various high profile threats.

1) Palico Squad - General purpose mysterious squad comprised of mixed weaponry

2) Palico Mortar Team - this team features two frontline brute fighters who are keen to distract the enemy while the mortar team deploys high explosive shells.

3) Palico Support Team 1 - A specially formed secret unit, based on the nutrition of mushrooms, and good music from strange looking musical instruments. This team primarily focuses on healing and morale boosts, an indispensable asset in combat environments.

Captain Kulu will take it upon himself to alter team compositions according to the various pressures exerted by dangerous enemy incursions.
