Hey alll,

What a crazy first week it’s been, we’ve seen some fantastic plays by you guys throughout the server this week, and we can also state the server peaked on thursday at 67 players! We hope that number will continue on growing and that for many wipes to come you may call “Oink’s Down Under” your home!

Now in recent news, we hope you are enjoying friday’s updates with the introduction of mailboxes, stronger tool cupboards with codelocks to keep those pesky griefers at bay and many more! Who knows, one of our ‘friendly’ team members may give you a friendly note in your mailbox :D. With upcoming updates, we may also be setting out articles detailing our own opinions and how we best think various elements of these updates could be best utilised as well as asking you, the community your opinions and best implementations of these updates as well (who knows, you may get a lil reward for it as well if we feature any of your opinions on our articles, though more info about that sooner).

We’ve also been listening to your feedback recently in regards to the wipe cycle of our server and we can confirm, in fact that we will now be changing ‘Oinks Down Under’ from a monthly server wipe, to a two week/fortnightly one. We believe this will give players respite from bigger servers and allow for more frequent opportunities for everyone to be able to realise themselves on our server, and make their mark within the community as well, and of course keep the server more lively for longer.

In order for us to immediately deal with potential hackers and accomplices, please report to our twitter #OinksDownUnder and include:

Steam ID (of perpetrator) + any accomplices
Screenshot of Combatlog (press f1 and type Combatlog)
Quick description of what happened.

Also, keep an eye out on our steam group page for article, events and possibly giveaways (might do a skin giveaway or something).
