The IHG compy is now officially cancelled. I have done my best to organise the event and some of the team leaders and players have been trying to get their matches done as well, but failing to do so either by having 1 missing player out of 8 at the arranged time amidst other reasons. Team leaders had a hard time adding all their players and quite a number of players dun even put in the effort to read announcements and go add their leaders after they put their names down to play. Precise instructions are posted in the announcement section in the group page, which 90% of participants dun read. A team leader briefing was held with all team leaders receiving clear instructions on what to do. Without initiative from all participants, not just leaders, the matches couldn't be completed. I can't be sending private messages to 48 participants every single night or day.

TBH, it's not easy organising everything alone and it's pretty much been a complete waste of my time. Most of the team leaders have been helpful, as well as some participants, and I thank you all for the effort.

Although the timeframe indicated for the matches has passed, none of the leaders managed to arrange fer matches. A few issues have been brought up by various leaders, mainly beginning with the adding of their players initially. I believe all leaders have added their team members by now, but have not managed to arrange the match timings with the other team leaders. Another problem is a no-show by 1 player whereby all other 7 players are already ready to start. Besides team leaders, I need players to show more initiative in msging and approaching yer team leaders to tell him when u r free to play.

The dates for the matches will now be changed to January 15-16, which is this coming SATURDAY and SUNDAY. I need all the team leaders to arrange for yer matches to be played on this weekend with the other teams.
