We are not being sneaky and hiding our intentions. We are honest about our goals. No party is "innocent" we all thirst for power. Atleast we do not lie about being blood-crazed.

We already plan to attack, but first we must wait for them to begin the battle. If we attack first we will be seen as an enemy to both sides and they will team up against us. For now we must help the rebels build some ground to stand upon. After they can fend for themselves we will strike.
