Welcome to MC (Marines Corp/Clan)

Ranks work like this; Its a first come first serve kind of system for starters.First MC member in automatically gets Sgt next to join gets Cpl next again L/Cpl.Same thing for the next 3 until we have 2 Squads(1 Sgt,1 Cpl,1 L/Cpl)then we will start filling the 2 squads in having all the others being L/Cpls.Only 2 Sgts should be on with 1 Cpl for each Sgt.L/Cpls are limitless.Field Cpts & Lts are awarded to the best Sgt!If you have been reported by another Cpt or Lt for doing your job well you will be promoted to Lt and your squad will all move up the ranks.Cpt is a hard rank to recieve but if there is no Cpt or Ldr present the Lt will be promoted to Cpt.To get the high ranks youll need to be pretty active on the server to recieve the Sgt rank.Longer your on more chance of getting up!This system is so that we will always have the ranks filled up & an easy way of setting up squads using the 1 Sgt & 1 Cpl method.

Lance/Corporal(L/Cpl): There is no limit on how many L/Cpls there is to be on the field at one time.L/Cpls are the main body of your team(Squad) they are to listen & obey their superiors and can be promoted due to their effectivness as a team player.

Corporal(Cpl): There is to be 1 Cpl on the field with their assigned Sgt.Cpls are the team members who are to enforce what orders they have recieved from their Sgt.If the Sgt dies the Cpl will take his place thats why we have 1 Cpl & 1 Sgt so the ranks arnt stacked.They will make sure that the L/Cpls are doing as they are told while the Sgt is recieving orders from who ever is the 1IC(1st In Command)or 2IC(2nd In Command) at the time and following them through.

Sergeant(Sgt): There will be a maximum of 2 Sgts on the field at one time so we can split squads easily but we would mainly have just the 1 with a Cpl for back up if the Sgt dies.Sgts are the basic squad leader that is basically meant to guide his/her squad to their given objective.

Lieutenant(Lt): Lts are optional they are the 2ICs(2nd In Command) if there is a Cpt or Ldr present.If there isnt either a Cpt or Ldr then the Lt will be 1IC(1st In Command).The Lt should do their best to keep things under control as directed from the 1IC.

Captain(Cpt): A Cpt is advised but also are optional.Cpts are the 1ICs apart from the Ldr in the field.They have complete control of the Sgts(Squad Leaders) & Lt.
