1) Don't have the mentallity of "Don't like what I don't like" People are very diverse.
2) Pay attention to what some people say about thier moods, it can be easy to start a chain-reaction.
3) If someone isn't taking "no" for an answer, don't start putting insults in your words.
4) if someone says "no" to what you asked, drop it; don't keep bringing it back up.

Mods are here to maintain order in the chat, that can’t happen if mods are fighting each other, as a mod you need to be responsible and make every effort to prevent genuine fighting in chat, you do this though use of kicks and bans, these are to be used to remove sources of unrest from the chat, Keep in mind that a ban is NOT a death sentence, it is a way to keep a user out while the situation is contained, kicks are to be used as a warning leading up to a ban, you need to make it clear to a kicked user that they are causing problem in chat and are to stop or face a ban, and later a review of their actions, all bans are subject to review by the group owner, and should not be lifted until review has been carried out.

When someone is banned in chat you cannot unban them until the head admin is on and you ask permission. Reasons being is it undoes the mods powers and causes mod infighting.....from now on this will be punishable by stripping of power and a hearing to decide further punishment.
