I decided to post a review regarding the server hosting company Faded Servers to let others know what I think of their service(s).

This is an unbaised review based on personal experience & if you're with a hosting company that's kinda trashy (kinda like faded servers) then you may contact me and I will help you get a full refund of your purcahse (70-80% chance you'd win)

First of all, the servers they use currently are just digital pacific, which isn't at all ideal for hosting game servers. Personally, my server took upwards of ~3 minutes to start up alone, compared to other hosts, OzGameHost which took about 80-90 seconds & Hyplex Servers which takes 40 seconds on average, even my own home computer doesn't take 3 minutes on average to start a server up.

Secondly, the customer support.
Oh lordy lord. First of all when I approached the 'CEO' CodeLight of Faded Servers about a refund, it was denied multuple times, but little did they know ACL can help everyone out. After asking a few times & having it denied, I took it upon myself to use my rights as an individual and charge back on paypal, I won that & now i'm getting threats of being "sued" and what not for fraud and slander (for writing this lmao). CodeLight was the chill one in all of this however "Snipes Murphy" was not, he wasn't exactly what I would consider "friendly".
Let's also note that "Snipes Murphey" sent his attack dog "kry" to try and "scare me" out of writing this review & returning the funds which are rightfully mine, soz boo xx

Quality of service.
Whatever host they're using to host everything on is, in my opinion, trash. As I said earlier above, it took upwards of 3 minutes or longer to launch a server when with other hosts it'd take a maximum of 90 seconds. This shows to me that they're unreliable & slow in terms of say, the server crashing, who is loyal enough to just sit there for 3 minutes while a server starts itself up instead of just joining another?
I should probably also add in that a friend of mine referred a friend of his to me to help him write a charge back because his server doesn't even start up with them, now, knowing faded servers, a refund would not be issued & so confronting "Snipes Murphy" about this, he replied: "How is that our Problem?" Overall, in my opinion,
the quality of service is a solid 3/10
the customer support is a crikey 4/10
their professionalism is a 2/10 (so low just because they sent another person - kry- to 'scare me' out of this review & to return my funds to faded servers)
I personally do not recommend faded servers as an ideal host for your server(s) / community. Just because it's cheap does not mean you'll get high quality services as they have advertised it to be.

If you're looking for true high quality hosting, check out OzGameHost or Hyplex Servers, it may be a lil more expensive than most but guaranteed quality. (advertisement was not paid for, going from personal experience)
