12 of the 24 cannons of the 1st artillery brigade will fire 4 cannonballs each, the target is 150 yards away, and a further target of 400 yards. This exercise will test the skill and inteliigence of our artillery crews, as they must calculate trajectory in tandam with the wind direction and speed. The sounds of cannons firing their projectiles can clearly be heard by the citizens of Helsinki, who thought they were under attack by Russian forces, due to no warnings or panflits were handed out, informing the citizens of an artillery exercise at 1:00 PM.

The result was a success, but the crews have to practice more if they are to be used in action.

The original capital of Finland has traditionally been the city of Turku, located in the South-Western portion of the nation. Although a long developed city, it has been decided that the capital of the Consortium must be constructed in a grander region, and this project must be started from scratch. As a result, a new capital has been chosen at Helsinki, for it's large and advanced fortifications.
An assembly building for the Legislature, as well as a Council Building and Judicial Facility shall be built as soon as possible. This is in addition to economic developments we shall pursue, with infrastructure to encorage growth in the area. Furthermore, we shall also build our concentrated military facilities here, or nearby, to ensure their centralization to guard our government.
As time goes by, and more projects are created, we shall add on more details of our most glorious capital city.
