The Breaking of the Silence

For the most part, the successor states of the former Legion of Caesar have been quiet, however, Remus's legion has recently decided to break that silence with an open mobilization of their military forces once again and clearly intend to make some sort of move with it. It could be expected that a strike is going to be made against one of his rivals, however Remus isn't known for his straight-forwardness due to his history as a Frumentarii officer.

Remus has also made a speech recently to his men:
"I, Remus, pledge to the brave legionaries that stand before me that a united Legion shall one day return to bring our light to the degenerates that walk the Wasteland in these trying times, the weak and others like them shall be cleansed just as Caesar wished, however, the Legion must also adapt in this time of strife for our strong peoples for failing to do so will only draw us nearer to failure, so I ask you, my good enlighened warriors, to trust in me in these coming times as I lead you to new glory!"

In truth, the legion military only gathers it's strength in the capital while the Frumentarii are sent out into the Wasteland to begin espionage operations in the lands of Two Sun, particularly targeting it's main settled city. About 100 Frumentarii are assigned to this particular mission while the army readies for a possible surprise attack on the city in the future. The rest of the Frumentarii are set to merely watch Remus's Legion rivals for any sign of movements in response to his.
