Chaos:The Absence of order.

In the 1950s, Rogue Nazi Scientists created a chemical weapon that was put in water supplies, farming fields, rice paddies, and jungles all around the world. This weapon only affected human life, causing a mass decline of the human population. By 1961, the Chemical had worn out, but 5% of the human population remains, and the Nazi scientists have all disappeared, the fate of humanity now hangs in the balance.
