Game Rules Roleplay
1) One player alliance maximum.
2) Great powers cannot ally. [Great powers can still coalition]
3) Security council vote for game breaking alliances. [Millions of small nations allied]
4) All neighbouring countries can veto game-join if not from original start date.
5) Players not allowed to trigger coalitions if comprised mainly of A.I.
6) A.I difficulty will be hard.
7) Draft order based on past game position.
8) Top countries of last game must assume "Minor" roles in new game. [Prevents major spamming]
9) Lucky nations historical, No bonuses for A.I or Human.
10) Player's must have valid reason to declare war on another player.
11) Not allowed to enter the game with the pre-held intention of ruining a player(s) experience.
12) Cannot take provinces during trade war.
13) Loser cannot pirate winners trade during truce of "Trade Conflict"

For each new king/ruler, must create a small bio stateing your intentions, for example.
Nicholas II takes power in Russia, he is hostile to his neighbours, looking to expand his borders and push westword into Crimean regions, will seek military buildup.
I Enrique am looking for alliances to expand in the new world will not except anything from the french.

DIPLOMACY

-Sphere of Influence
Top 5 countries can entertain "Spheres of Influence." They must declare there spheres of influence, all SoI's are to be decided by main 5 countries, with little countries having no real say. For example "The Russian Empire declares protection over the Country of Serbia, all other actions from other major powers will not be tolerated to them"
-United Nations
After the year 1600 countries may choose to form the United Nations, with the top 5 nations being automatic "Security Council" members, with 2 members being elected by the security 5 for a total of 7, the 2 nations rotation will be for 10 year terms.
Security council members may veto all United Nations decisions.
Super power's may over-ride all United Nations decisions, to qualify as a "Super Power" you must be first in every catagory, to qualify as a secondary great power, you must score atleast 2 in every catagory. [Admins will decide on offical super powers before each game to avoid confusions and to provide confirmations]
