Examples below:

1.
Approximately lose 10 games, win 1 game, lose 10 games, win 1 game, lose 10 and so forth...

2.
Win 3 rounds per game (3:16); (theory: faster derank but not a requirement). Then 5 players AFK rest of the game.

3.
The lower the team's ranks are; the faster the derank! Always try to play with lowest ranks, ideally silver ranks!

Receiving MVPs highly effect your ELO. Lot of MVPs in a game will significantly slow down the derank progress. Go AFK after 3 wins!
