Welcome to life after mass destruction

Backround: The year is 3000 after the 9th nuclear world war. After a mass explotion, the world was in ruins. When humanity seemed to be lost, a great discovery happened. All nations still excited, but only had one piece of territory. weapons werent like before, the only weapons now are modern weapons like Winchester rifles, Revolvers, Swords, Duoble Barrels, Sawed off shotguns, etc. There are many other dangers. Many Resistants Groups, Terrorist groups, and Dangerous survivor bands are out there. our goal is to either expand or fall.
