We are the Diamondbackers

The Diamondbacks are a group of players who play the Left 4 Dead on Advanced and Expert modes. These players are proven to be worthy to be in your team. Although the Diamondbackers are specialized in these 2 difficulties, they are allowed to play on Easy and Normal modes. The Diamondbacks have Survival tips to stay alive and get out in one piece.

These are the Diamondbackers L4D Survival Tips:

1: When starting out, all shotgunner players must play a front position to avoid friendlyfire as much as possible. Sniper players must play at the end of the stick with dual pistols to give cover fire from a distance. Rifle and SMG players should stay in the middle, firing over the shotgunners when the engagement happens.

2: When the horde is simply too much and requires a compromise, tossing a pipebomb or boomer bile away from the group is necessary.

3: Use First Aid only when a player is already in the color blind zone where if they are going to die from impact or during a critical event such as the Elevator in No Mercy.

4: Jockeys are probably the most annoying special infected in L4D2. Keep an ear out for the sound they make and the piano thumping and kill it quickly.

5: Snipers are responsible for watching out for Smokers and long range special infected such as Hunters and Spitters who have ranged attacks and placing a single shot to the dome (head).

6: During a Tank scenario, shotgunners must be the one closest to the behemoth to deal the maximum damage while moving out of its way. Snipers must be at a far distance to fire high damage rounds into it without much worry and riflers should support the shotgunner. Molotoving him is the easiest way to keep the damage on him.

7: During a horde event, shotgunners who should be up front must crouch for riflers to keep firing at the rushers. The sniper has the role to fire his/her rifle or pistol to keep the horde back. The PSG1 has 30 rounds so it is optional to use its high power and high capacity magazine to disprse the horde.

8: Special Infected made signature sounds and a certain warning tune. Always keep an ear out for them and eyes glancing at the high ground such as roofs and windows. Especially Smokers and Hunters.

9: Pain Pills should be used after the player is knocked down the first time to increase his/her time to move with the group. Making haste and being careful about it is priority to survive this nightmare.

10: When reaching a safe room, check for players who are below 40HP. These players would waste health to get them up to the Green Zone or slow players down due to slower speed. Kill them so they can respawn with 50HP.
